Review and Manage Bookings

After accepting a booking, you can perform any changes like editing the booking details or canceling on the booking detail page.

There are two ways to easily access the booking detail page:

  1. Look for the desired booking in the "My Orders" page.
  2. Click on the calendar event for that booking.

On the booking details page, scroll down and click the the "Order actions" button to bring some possible actions.

1. Collect Remaining Balance

You can collect remaining balances as seen on the previous page.

2. Modify Remaining Balance

Alter the remaining balances for one or several bookings in the same order, as needed.

3. Issue a Refund

This option lets you issue refunds for one or several bookings in the same order, for example in cases of cancelled booking due to customer request or weather conditions.

4. Modify Booking

Modify booking details, such as:

  • Start and end dates and hours
  • Group Size
  • Additional information and notes
  • Email and Phone number (for that booking only)
  • Remaining balance (for that booking only)

5. Reassign Booking

Reassign members and resources as needed for this booking. In case there are more than one booking for the whole order, this action must be done for all the bookings, one by one.

6. Report a No-show

Report a customer no-show. When you report a no-show our support staff will review your case and charge the customer appropriately.
